Birthday Party Package
Make your child’s birthday unforgettable with a high-energy, fun-filled dance party! Our birthday parties are for children turning ages 4-12, no dance experience required!
Availability
Saturdays at 5 PM or Sundays at 5:30 PM (September to May)
Capacity
Up to 12 children (including the birthday child).
Parents of the birthday child are required to remain at the party for children under eight years old. We request parents of party guests, who wish to remain at the party, to remain in the lobby during the first 60 minutes of the party due to space.
Duration:
120 minutes of exclusive studio use
PLUS 15 minutes before for setup/guest arrival and 15 minutes after for cleanup
Price:
$250 (tax exempt; we are a non-profit studio)
Party Details
Special Notes:
- Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance dependent upon availability
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at booking & remainder is due by the party date. Payable by e-transfer to absolutedance.info@gmail.com (Name & party date in memo please)
- Food & drinks (Filtered water available from our Quench cooler)
- Cake or cupcakes (Please bring numbered birthday candles only)
- Party supplies such as tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery
- Decorations (Please avoid using pins, tacks, or tape on walls)
- Two (2) Absolute Dance instructors
- 60 minutes of dance, games, activities & 60 minutes for food, cake & presents!
- Age appropriate music on our fabulous sound system
- 1 Absolute Dance loot bag for the birthday child (value $9)
- Cleanup after the party
Parent Checklist - Suggested Items to Bring:
- Additional Guests: $15.00 per child beyond the included capacity of 12
- Absolute Dance Pink T-Shirt – $20
