The pre-dance program is designed to introduce the students to the study of dance movement. Emphasis is placed on motor coordination, basic body placement, and music awareness. This is a non-recital program and runs for 8 weeks.

Jazz Funk is a high-energy, commercial dance style that combines the technical foundation of jazz with the groove, power, and attitude of hip hop. Often seen in music videos, concerts, and live performances, Jazz Funk emphasizes musicality, sharp movements, expressive performance, and confidence. Dancers develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and stage presence while learning fun, dynamic choreography in an upbeat and supportive environment.

Dancers will learn contemporary & lyrical technique and innovative combinations and choreography. Dancers will explore their own style and tell a story through movement enhancing their creativity and self-expression.
Core to Floor

Focusing on deep core strength and quality of movement, this class guides dancers through functional warmups, stretching, conditioning, and balancing variations. Dancers will develop foundational tumbling and floorwork alongside jumps, kicks, and turns, integrating these technical elements into fluid combinations and creative improvisation. This is a non-recital program. No membership fee or recital video fee for this class. Multiple class discounts are not applicable to this class.
